About two weeks ago, I started getting frequent framerate drops/spikes in games whenever I have OBS open, even if I'm not currently streaming. I checked task manager, and neither CPU usage nor GPU usage are ever going above 50%. I thought it might have been the new nVidia driver I installed, but I've reverted to the previous driver and am having the same issue. The log below is the most recent OBS session during which the problem occured.
