Question / Help OBS causing Internet to disconnect?

I've been streaming on Twitch using OBS and have streamed both Switch using a capture card and PC games using display capture - both times, my Internet disconnects fairly regularly, interrupting the stream. I've tried using ethernet and WiFi, and strangely enough it seems to disconnect less frequently when I use WiFi. I know this isn't an issue with my PC or games, as I am able to play them with no interruption when I'm not streaming. I'm connected to the London server as that's what has the best connection for me.

What's your internet speed? If that's to low, the connection might be lost/disconnected.
And can you show us your log?

I don't think my internet is the issue, I don't understand why OBS causes my laptop to disconnect entirely. On WiFi, my upload speed is around 17Mbps and Upload 5Mbps, but it is much higher than this on Ethernet which is why it makes no sense why it disconnects more frequently whilst I'm using Ethernet. When I'm actually online, the stream isn't bad quality, it just decides to disconnect every 10-20 minutes. I've attached my most recent stream log.

A logical conclusion is that your ISP is seeing your streaming activity and resetting your connection.

My landlord uses a student internet provider so this probably is the case actually... what's the best settings to decrease usage?
 
It happens de same to me. I can use my pc for everything without problems and no internet issue happens.
Then, when i'm streaming, maybe after one hour and maybe after 10 mins, I lost my pc connection to internet.
It has to be an obs problem because it only disconnects when i'm streaming and the internet only disconnects from pc, not from the ps4, for example.
