OBS causing in-game frame drop by 30-50fps

Whenever I open OBS Studio I instantly drop 30-50fps in game. I have literally tried everything. I have searched every corner of the internet and tried every possible thing I could find. I have even gone as far as to completely reinstall windows. I am feeling completely defeated here....

System Specs:

CPU - 3950x (water cooled)

GPU - 3090FE

RAM - 64gb of 3600mhz

I play in 1440p on a 144hz monitor. Triple monitor setup with all monitors set to the same hz.

What I have tried:

I have reinstalled every program and OS.

I have tried multiple settings in both x264 and NVENC

I have tried multiple different settings within game including lowering quality. I mainly play Warzone where the biggest fps drop occurs. But I tested in Destiny 2, Apex Legends, and COD Black Ops and they all drop from 20-30fps. Warzone when OBS is closed I flex from 130-144fps. When open and a blank profile and scene collection selected I drop 30-40fps, with my profile and scene selection (that I have used for years) open I drop up to 50fps. When I start to stream it drops another 5-10 (which I expect).

Pretty much every little setting adjustment you can find regarding this. (i.e. game mode on/off, prioritizing game over OBS and vice versa, setting in-game frame limit, etc.)

I have gone threw all my sources and turned them off and selected "Shutdown source when not visible" I do use StreamLabs and StreamElements and I will say they do help if one or both are off but we are talking 5fps max. Not 30-50.

Just to be extra clear this is effecting my in-game fps NOT my OBS fps.

What I haven't tried:

Taking a sludge hammer to everything.

In all seriousness, this has been the most maddening thing I have ever dealt with. All I want to do is get back to streaming. And I don't mean to sound cocky but I feel there is no reason for me to be having this issue with the system specs I have. I came from a i9 7900x and 1080Ti and had zero issues like this (with Apex and Destiny 2, I didn't play Warzone on that build).

Any help would be greatly appreciated and thank you in advance.

PS - Always opening OBS as admin too.

Find the graphic settings for your game where it will consistently run at least 30 FPS higher than what you want it to and use those settings.
