Bug Report OBS causing GPU to be at 99%

Hey, so I have a GTX 1060 mini 3gb graphics card, and when I record and look at task manager OBS is using over 60% of the GPU, where as the games I play use like 20-30%. Can I make OBS rely more on the CPU than the GPU, as it is using like 4% tops of the CPU, and I have a really good CPU (i7 6700k) and would like it to use the CPU instead of GPU so I can record at 240FPS or 120FPS, preferably 240.

It is quite unusual to record videos with so high fps. Usually, it's not necessary. Not long ago, the standard video frame rate was 30, currently it is slowly changing to 48 or 60. Do you have specific requirement for 240 fps videos?
