OBS causing GPU/PC to crash after a few hours of streaming (W11)

Hi, for the past few weeks anytime i stream after a few hours i notice stuttering in my game and at that point my stream on twitch goes to the disconnected screen and shortly after that both of my monitors go black, all sound stops, and my computer becomes unresponsive forcing me to hold the power button for five seconds and reboot.
