Question / Help OBS causing games to have very low frame rate... (SOLVED)

So I'm trying to stream Osu today, and every time OBS starts to capture my screen, my FPS goes from 240 to 20... I can't seem to figure this out at all.

I currently don't have it streaming or recording, it just cuts my FPS as soon as it starts capturing the screen.

Setup: GTX 1070 TI - i5-7600k - 16GB RAM - 1440p 144Hz main monitor - two 1080p 60Hz monitors

If it's not capturing, but OBS open, I'm fine.

Run OBS as admin, do NOT use sli capture mode, and make sure your video card is properly installed (both physically and its software).

I ran OBS as admin, had no change in performance unfortunately. Even tried running the game and OBS as admin. No difference.I don't believe SLI capture mode is on but I'll check. And I've re-seated my GPU and all my GPU Drivers are up-to-date.

I can't even find the damn SLI setting anymore. This is so frustrating. I never turned it on, so it should be off, I don't even have two GPU's either.

The SLI capture mode is in the properties of the game capture source.

Ah ok, yes, SLI Capture mode is disabled.
