When I use monitor capture on Windows 10 I get about 1 frame every 5 seconds which doesn't only effect the recording but my desktop lags along with it.
Window capture works just fine.
I have another program called ZOOM which is a voip software and when I try to screenshare on it it also does this lagging thing.
Skype screensharing works.
No idea whats going on and I dont think its related to OBS but im asking it here because some smart guy/girl might know how to fix it ;)
My specs :
2x Xeon x5570s 2x GTX 970s 24 GB of DDR3 RAM and a 250 GB samsung evo ssd
