OBS causes Serato DJ Pro to lag, stutter, warp.

Serato goes to complete sh!t when I have OBS open, not even streaming, just open in the background. There is extreme latency, lags and stutters. The waveforms are uncontrollable. Serato works fine when OBS is not open. Please help.
