OBS causes otherwise normal input to sound choppy

My input device (my headphones) works great on everything except OBS, where for some reason my mic audio will become choppy and sometimes a little static-y. I have looked through a lot of other post but haven't been able to find one that fixes my problem.

Here is a log of a video where my input audio starts getting super choppy about into the 1-minute mark. I don't really know how these logs work, but I was hoping that someone smart could help me out here.

Thanks!

Thanks for that! It points out that my audio sample rates don't match (OBS is 48,000 but my mic was at 16,000). However, I can't seem to be able to change my rate of my mic on my computer. The area is greyed out and I can't click it. Also, OBS seems locked in at 48k. Any advice from there?

I carefully studied your log file and unfortunately, apart from different sampling rates, I did not find any problems with sound. Tell me, do you use a wireless headset with a microphone?

Yes, it is a wireless headset. It's a built in microphone.
Again, it doesn't give me any real quality issues on any platform other than OBS.
