So like the title says, I dont even have to be streaming... just open up OBS studio, and I go from 60-70 fps in BF1, down to around 40. Not sure if anyone could maybe help me out a little bit on this issue. The game runs about the same when i do go live, but it was just strange to see the fps drops in game, just having the program open, and not streaming.
Seems as if my GPU throttles a bit when OBS is open in BF1, so im not sure what settings to mess with.
