Question / Help OBS causes csgo to lag

Even without streaming I drop 250 frames in CSGO and it doesn't happen on any other game such as PUBG , Rainbow 6 and Fortnite. When I close OBS I go back up to almost 300 FPS.

I'm running two monitors 144hz 1440p and 75hz 1080p

Specs:
GTX 1080
I7 7700k
16GB ram

I am playing the games at 2560x1440 and then scaling them down to 1280x720 at 60FPS.

Any help will be appreciated

Update your obs to 21.1.2

When I click check for update nothing happens, if I reinstall will I keep all of my scenes ?

EDIT: I realised that it gives me the option to keep user setting when uninstalling
