OBS causes constant GPU spikes and causing other programs to crash from "too little memory"

I'm not sure if it is specifically OBS but this is pretty much my last resort at this point, I use a dual pc stream and I use a remote desktop program called AnyDesk to connect to my stream laptop

Now the pc where I use to play games on is having problems, whenever I open OBS and use Anydesk then open up a game, after a while a GPU spike will appear, which causes my screen to go black for a few seconds and some programs crashing or disappearing, I'm certain it has to do with my GPU but I do not know how to fix it, all I know is that OBS and Anydesk seem to contribute to my GPU spiking a lot. One thing I noticed is that my Opera doesn't close but instead gives an error of "no more memory" despite having a lot of unused memory. In short what I seem to be experiencing is that programs are crashing from "too little memory" despite having over 60 percent of unused memory left over. This problem has gone so far to the point that it once disconnected my whole GPU from the task manager recently. These are the logs that I think have had the most errors in. I do not know how logs work. If this forum cannot help with this kind of stuff please suggest me a forum that may be able to help with this issue, Thanks! If there are ways I am able to pinpoint the cause of it, please tell me! I'm new to this problem so I have no idea how to find the issue, Thanks!

The crash is caused by the NDI plugin. Make sure you're using the correct version of this plugin which is compatible with the version of OBS you're using.
You may try to uninstall and reinstall the plugin in case something went wrong with it.

I have purposefully downgraded my obs to 27.2.4 because people say it wont work above 28, im not good with versions and i'm using obs 27.2.4 so i'm not sure what ndi plugin version to use. Is there a way to find out? Sorry i'm new to this kind of stuff.

Hello! I have come back for help again! So I have tried updating obs and obs NDI as well I got those working but the memory issue still persist, like sometimes one of my programs would close with a "out of memory" error despite there being plenty of memory left. I have even tried to do a full reinstall of OBS and that did not work. So I need help again! This error also appears when OBS crashes. I have 2 log files but I think the 23-27-24 log file has the problem most likely but you can check the other one. I just want to fix this weird memory problem. This problem still persists even when OBS is closed so i'm not sure if its even an OBS problem. If it isn't, it would be greatly appreciated to either give me a solution to this or direct me to a forum that can help diagnose and fix this problem! Thanks!
