When i start up obs and use my game capture, obs starts capturing stuttering frames below 30 (so it would go from 8fps through 25fps every second) even tho i have it set to 30. So my streams and recordings are looking awfully choppy (my in-game frames are not affected by this). Ive been having this new problem for over 5 months now and i cant find a solution, also keep in mind that everything was fine before until this showed up.
When i analysed the log it said i have low frames detected even tho i checked everything and couldnt find what was causing it, and i also have a Hook conflict detected and again i checked everywhere and did what i could but didnt seem to help one bit. Please help, i would like to stream again without this annoying problem.
