OBS(using StreamLabs version) capture is lagging when i start a game. I don't think its a bit rate thing because it happens when not streaming as well. also my internet is 1gbs down/40mbs up. so I don't think that's the issue. the capture is just lagging as soon as I start any game. I am trying to play in 3840x2160 and stream in 1080p. If I turn the render scaling in game down to 1080p then it stops lagging. but i wanna play in 4k(3840x2160). Have a good pc with ryzen 9 3900x and rtx 2080 ti. I am semi computer savvy, but I still cant figure it out! Can some one plz help this PC novice!
