Question / Help Obs Capture freezes when I try to record in full screen

Hey, I'm trying to record minecraft in fullscreen with obs but when I do so with my game in fullscreen, the resulting footage is just a frame of my game from when i started recording, along with the audio playing normally, and my moving mouse cursor.



If it helps, My specs are:

i7 6700K @ 4.4ghz
2x gtx 1080s
64 gigs of ram

I've tried running obs studio in admin as I've seen that's fixed other related issues, but to no avail.

Any help is appreciated
 
I reduced my recording resolution to 720p instead of 1080, and now the first 1-3 files I record come out perfectly, but any after have the same issue.
