Bug Report OBS can't write files to ransomware protected folders.

OBS can no longer write to folders protected with controlled folder access.
It works on version 21.1.2, but not on 22.0.1 or later.
The log says "os_process_pipe_write for packet data failed".
obs64.exe is an allowed app in controlled folder access settings.

You may need to add ffmpeg-mux to the list too. It's in data\obs-plugins\obs-ffmpeg

Added ffmpeg-mux64.exe and now it works.
Weird that there was no notification that either obs64.exe or ffmpeg-mux64.exe were blocked by windows, which it usually is if a program tries to write to protected folders.
