OBS can't work with audio interface

I connected USB audio interface (esi u22 xt) to my laptop. All sound program like Abletone Live or Pianoteq works with this audio interface but OBS has a problem. In the audio setting, a chose the right u22 xt but there is no reaction in OBS.

To bypass license issues, we don't include headers anymore but load bassasio.dll at runtime. The end-user has to download and copy bassasio.dll in the obs-plugins folder.

Yes, I tried setting up asio plugin according to this manual. But it doesn't work in my case.

I mean there is asio config in OBS, but it not active.
