OBS can't stream csgo

Hello, this is my first ever post on the forum as I've never really had a problem with OBS outside of a few things that I could google myself. This problem however seems to be something I just can't figure out for the life of me.
My problem is the fact that every time I try to stream CSGO my stream constantly just freezes and when I mean constantly I mean like it will stay stuck on the same frame for 30 seconds to a minute. This only happens with CSGO as any other game runs fine with no issues. I've tried different settings, giving OBS high priority, and nothing has seemed to work.

After you stop the stream, I see this in the logs:

19:24:15.063: Output 'adv_stream': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 491 (0.3%)
19:24:15.063: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 858/162643 (0.5%)

19:53:41.912: Output 'adv_stream': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 55 (0.1%)
19:53:41.913: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 55/105084 (0.1%)

I am not sure if these number are high enough to cause your issue. Read over the streaming guide again. I am pretty sure how to make those stop (go to zero) is covered. Once they are zero things should be better. Also you can turn on the stats panel so you can watch these counters real-time.
