Question / Help OBS Can't start recordings?

Whenever I press Start Recording it gives me a "Failed to start recording" error, from all research I've done it has to do with the GPU but I use x264 encoder to record so this makes no sense? I really need help with this so if you know how to fix it I would be very happy!

Done both, reinstalled OBS at least 3 times with and without removing profiles and installed the itunes stuff that I found in another thread
