I am having some problems with obs recently where my obs can not do stream + record as usual. I think it happen in my last 4 sessions with obs and till now i can't record video, but streaming still running smoothly. When streaming there is always a notification sound and when I see in the notification center there is a red mark on the OBS icon. After that the result of the video recorded by OBS must be very small file size and can not be played at all.
