OBS can't open, crashing after the new 27.2.1. update

I tried but (this has nothing to do with OBS but I still wanna tell you) I downloaded the newest driver (Intel) but, it can't update it cus the previous driver was made by it's manufacturer (Intel). I doesn't make any sense! xD
