OBS can't "hear" certain inputs

I have a Focusrite Scarlett 18i8 (gen2) with my Mics plugged into inputs 1+2. At first it worked fine with OBS but suddenly stopped one day. I've been working around this by using my DAW to monitor my mic and feeding my daw into OBS. Obviously this is less than ideal as I have to keep Ableton open even when I'm gaming and not doing music stuff. Ableton hears my mics just fine, as does the Focusrite Control program. Additionally, OBS has no problems "listening" to my other inputs, 3 is a guitar and 5+6 is my synth. The problem only exists on inputs 1+2 in OBS only.

Edit: not like it really matters, but my mic works fine if I plug into input 4 and set that on OBS, so it's not an issue with the mic.

Any help would be great, I'm going crazy trying to figure this out!
 
Not sure about your setup but on my Behringer input 1 is left and 2 is right unless you hit the mono button on the unit AND use mono in OBS (advanced sound setup where you set the tracks).
