OBS can't detect my MIC if OBS is not maximized or selected

Hello, i am having a really annoying problem with OBS and the Mic/Aux part in my Audio Mixer.
If i have OBS selected/Maximized it works fine, but if i click in another application it just stop working on OBS for a reason.
Sometimes I can get it to work (when I'm using another app, game, etc.), but if I change apps again, it stops detecting the Mic in OBS
I tried to Turn on exclusive mode from my sound config and running OBS in administration mode, but those two things didn't fix it.

Anyone know the solution?

So i found out that the main problem is the Push-to-Talk thing, so the same problem but OBS don't register when i click the Push-to-talk hotkey.
If i leave the MIC open it works just fine no matter what app i am using.
