OBS can't detect my GPU on Encoder in Streaming and Recording option

Hello, I recently reinstalled windows OS, and now i can't find my GPU or even H.264 encoder option on Recording or streaming option using OBS
My OBS & GPU driver is currently on recent version and i have downloaded and installed AMD hardware encoder 2.6.0 plugin but still can't detect gpu encoder
