Found this: librtmp error: The connection timed out. Try a different server, or check that the connection is not being blocked by a firewall or other security software (10060).

What things i did before i bought new card?:

I didnt install anything on my computer, only hard reseted my router(thought it might help but after all i found that my network card(this old)is broken),but i didnt earlier set anything on my router to get my stream going.

Then i bought new card, my internet is back but cant stream. :<

What things i did to try fix this?:

Disabled windows firewall.
Reinstalled OBS(didnt delete profiles tho)
Reinstalled network drivers.
Disabled broken network card.
Tried many twitch.tv servers
reset key

OBS keeps showing 0kb/s and cant connect :/
Im using wired connection

Any help?

Thanks.

I doubt this is it, but for Twitch, you want your keyint to be 2 seconds. Your custom setting "keyint=90" is overriding this. Get rid of that entirely and use the menu to set your keyint to 2 seconds.

Are you using wireless or wired?

You might try resetting your authentication key (I have no idea what the error is if its wrong, but maybe).

I really have no idea. What bandwidth do you get to a local-to-you server with testmy.net?
Upload :: 2.8 Mbps 350 kB/s

All was working before my network card died and i bought today new one + hard reseted router

Problem might be in newtork card settings(????)
router(i didnt really set anything before and i could stream, and i disabled firewall on router to test if it helps and nothing happened, forwarded port 1935(some tip from google)) maybe router is somehow broken too i dont know :<

Make sure that OBS is binding to the correct interface (if it isn't just set to 'default').
Also, you may need to go into the Windows network settings and ensure that your new network adapter is being prioritized. You may also need to make sure that the firewall rule wasn't locked to your old network card.
