Question / Help OBS Cant capture Echo of Soul

I streamed a few games before.
When I try to capture Echo of Soul its says
"These applications require administrator access to capture (start OBS as administrator to capture):
E.O.S"
I started OBS as administrator and nothing.
Does anyone know why?
