OBS cannot see my PTZ camera It ONLY sees my built-in laptop lid camera

I've installed OBS with all latest NDI plugins. I have 3 PTZ cameras installed with Joystick controller and Windows PC all on same network. I can see the camneras just fine if I log in directly through PTZ camera interface. When I open and run OBS and add the NDI course, the only option for a camera that I have is the built-in camera on my laptop lid. It does not "see" any of the PTZ cameras. What steps have ai missed here? I don't have interference from my firewall Defenders program because when I disable THAT program I have the same results.
 
I use an NDI setup, but I used Panasonic's Virtual USB driver that takes stream output from PTZ cameras and makes it appear to ALL local apps as a from a USB webcam. So I didn't deal with NDI plugin
My personal recommendation, be it audio or visual, is get that working OUTSIDE of OBS first, then deal with that source in OBS
Most likely you haven't configured the NDI settings correctly (be that on the cameras... at least on mine, you do have to tell them to stream via IP/NDI) or within the NDI receiver on your PC
