OBS cannot capture frames generated by frame generation technologies

"OBS cannot capture frames generated by frame generation technologies. For example, when DLSS Frame Generation or FSR Frame Generation is enabled in a game, OBS only records the original frames and misses the AI-generated interpolated frames. However, NVIDIA's built-in recording software (like NVIDIA ShadowPlay) successfully captures these generated frames. Is there any way to fix this issue? How can I configure OBS to record the additional frames produced by frame generation tech in games?

Same problem for me when streaming, only capture display seems to work but i dont want to use that during streaming, i hope we will got a fix for that, moving the camera look weird with this problem.

try run obs with run as administrator.
as far i know.
this cause by Low Latency Mode set to ultra.
enable smooth motion = low latency mode force locked to ultra.
