Question / Help OBS cannot capture Discord Audio

Hello - New to the forum. I just got OBS for my MacBook, and I’m wanting to capture others in a voice call with me while I am live-streaming, but it will only capture my voice and nothing else - is there a way to fix this? I’m currently not using any external program, and if I need to, what options do I have?

Is it also possible to capture desktop audio and any other programs audio?

That method captures any audio sent to the default system sound device. If it isn't being captured, then it's not being sent to that device. Check where discord is sending audio. I use this method (LoopBack, though, not iShowU or SoundFlower) to capture MacOS audio, including output from chat programs, Discord included.
