Question / Help OBS Can not Find the Elgato Game Capture HD60

So I bought an elgato gamecapture to record footage off my PS4. However my computer is detecting the elgato, but the OBS Software does not seem to recognize it. I have attached a video showing exactly what is happening below.

Install both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of the elgato software.

Close the elgato game software, both cannot run at the same time.

Install both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of the elgato software.

Thanks, switching to 32bit version of OBS did fix this issue.
