OBS can hook valorant anymore?

Hi guys,

usual obs problem. Cant hook the valorant.exe.

I tried:
- run obs as admin
- no other overlays such as RTSS afterburner, nvidia shadowplay, etc
- latest nvidia driver.

System:
10850K
RTX 3080
16 GB Ram
Windows 11
