OBS can´t connect to twitch anymore

I just started OBS today and get this error:

I could stream without any problems just yesterday.
None of the fixes I could find worked.

Tried to update and change the stream key, OBS is updated, running it as admin as usual. changed servers, nothing helps.

Any ideas?

Same issue here.
Additionally, when connecting to Twitch the authentication window is just white for 30-60 seconds before anything shows up.
Twitch says OBS is connected, but it's not.
Already re-installed OBS and cleaned all data in %appdata% and the OBS installation itself.

Nothing helped.

If ANYONE can help us out - please do it :D
 
Same here - looks like an API or connection problem. Maybe OBS needs an update? Flushed my DNS cache and tried to reconnect - does not work.

But you can stream via streamkey.
 
it works again for me.
seemed like some random API connection problem
didn´t change anything besides the fixes I tried yesterday
 
Same here. So far nothing I tried helped. re-linking just times out. Streaming via streamkey works but not loggin in to twitch to have proper chat windows :S
 
Create a free restream.io account, link your twitch to restream, set OBS to stream to restream. I'm pretty sure you can get chat window that way.
 
This is a peering problem between Deutsche Telekom and Cloudflare. DTAG abuse their monopoly position to require other ISPs to pay them if they want increased bandwidth between their networks, something that is typically done settlement-free since it benefits both sides. As the link between CF and DTAG is overloaded and CF rightly doesn't want to pay to increase capacity, this results in timeouts.

We have moved the authentication process back to our own server for now, so it is no longer relying on the peering between DTAG and Cloudflare, so you should see improvements.
