OBS - Cams only displaying 1 at a time

Good Morning everyone! Im new!
Goal: Stream Live using 3 Emeet 4k Cams
Issue: Only 1 cam will display in vertical scene at a time. Shut OBS down and reopen, now cam 2 is on and rest is off. Repeat this again and cam 3 is on and rest is off. I have a Microsoft Surface 3 Laptop with a Microsoft USB Hub which the Emeet Cams are plugged into. I really need to get this going so I can stream Live on TikTok using vertical with 3 Cams. All 3 Cams are recognized by computer and enabled, yet will only display 1 at a time on OBS. Please let me know what you need from me and I'll provide more info. Windows 11 - 64Bit / 16.0 GB of Ram / 128 MB Graphics Card / 477 GB Storage/ Intel Core i7 1065G7 - 1.30 GHz 1.50 GHz /

this isn't an OBS limitation, it sounds like you are hitting a USB bandwidth limit. I would expect any other software where you are trying to load all of the cameras at once would present with the same issue.
