Question / Help Obs Cam Not delay

Hi Guys I need some help my cam is not delaying I put it to 1500 so it keeps up with my voice and xbox and then go;s right back to the way it was need help

Increase the Scene Buffering Time to 2200 (1500 for the delay, plus 700 base buffer margin). If a delay exceeds the SBT, it will be ignored or discarded.
