Hey! I use windows 8 pro and just installed OBS. I added a scene, and then i added software capture because i wanted so stream my 1920x1080 monitor. I pressed start streaming, and everything seemed fine. But then, my screen always started to get a short blackscreen, bugs out and then everything is normal again. This happens every ~10-20 secs. I really dont know whats this is causing, i tryed to enable aero aswell, didnt solve it. I cant stream like this because yeah a blackscreen every 10 seconds is really anoying. If you cant imagine yourself what im taling about, here a little presentation video:
http://de.twitch.tv/fearedlive/b/361911765 (happens 3 times there, directly at the start, and somewhat arround the middle and the end.) I hope you can help me out, because i really do love this streaming program!

There is no way to disable Aero in Windows8. I can't watch the video from here, but I guess it might be your graphics driver crashing. Do you have an overclocked GPU?

Firstly, Aero is always enabled in Windows 8, there is no turning it off or on.

Secondly, can you post a log please?

Yeah i was testing some things and made the resolution to full hd, usually i stream at 800 at 720 or 480p. I really dont know where this is comming from, my CPU is not overclocked, and i havent had this issues as i used windows 7 3 days ago with the same configurations and the same proogram :/

But I dont think you get the Problem Guys: i don't get a Blackscreen in OBS only and on the Stream, no my normal desktop on my Monitor like blinks black for a moment, (way shorter than on the stream) and the date and time are showed for this Moment in the bottom left, during the blackscreen. I really need to fix this :$

This is that multi-GPU thing I'm thinking. You may have to switch the GPU around in OBS or something.

Usually within NVIDIA control panel. I believe it's the "Manage 3D settings" section. You have to set OBS.exe and whichever game exe to both be on the dedicated GPU and not the integrated one.
