Bug Report Obs bug with rFactor

Hello has all I have a bug with the Obs and rfactor which gets away to me the steering wheel when I roll to see even the screen which congeals during a small second.

when obs running my steering wheel does not function properly, and in the video game the image will freeze frequently.

I don't quite know, perhaps there's a lot of activity on the computer, and having all that activity is causing issues with it? I've just never seen this happen before so I'm not even sure if I could guess. Maybe try messing with OBS' settings and see if anything in particular effects it?
