1. I can't record full screen lunar clients while other applications can record them

The Lunar client uses an injection hook to modify the game. OBS uses an injection hook to capture the game. Having two injection hooks means that they will not perform reliably, same as Afterburner, Rivatuner, shader packs, and so on.
Play in Fullscreen Borderless mode and use a Window Capture instead.
