OBS Browser Source Missing

I launched OBS and when I did none of my browsers sources was working so I then I was going to remove them and add them back, so after I removed them and was going to add them back I could not. The option for browser source was missing, today I launched it and still missing and I did an update of OBS and it was still missing.

 
It looks like the plugin is missing. Reinstall OBS and check it isn't being interfered with by antivirus or other 3rd party software.
 
What's the filename of the plug in? I noticed after upgrading to OBS 28 that my browser sources are gone. I may have moved it to an inactive directory due to errors in the logfile pointing to that plugin.
