OBS Browser error - can't load page

I can't get the OBS Browser to work, therefore I can't log in to twitch or use docks. Any ideas? I have tried allowing it and the browser plugin through firewall, disabling firewall, etc. It loaded once when first installed, and then never again after restarting the program.
