My collaborator and I have followed this thread on how to stream a live event to Youtube, and it has mostly gone alright except for when I attempt to sync the preview window to start the stream. I get a black screen with the loading spinner on it, but the loading spinner does not move, there is no audio or video, and we are unable to continue to the go-live step (e.g., Youtube does not feel it has properly synced).
We've followed every instruction in the guide thread to the letter, and Youtube reports the stream health as 'good' before we attempt to sync the preview. OBS throws no particular errors, so I do not have a log as such to give. Does this issue make sense to anyone? What can we do to resolve it?
