Question / Help Obs blurs gameplay

Hello and thank you for your attention, I would say that as a small problem with OBS to film games like minecrfat, Warframe, Hearstone and so on.
It turns out that for x reason OBS blurs my gameplay as you can see especially in this video: [http://bit.ly/2cohm8b] Say it's disturbing ... If you have any type of question my pc config or OBS please

Is it motion blur? Looks rather a bit blurry in general, perhaps insufficient resolution and too low bitrate for a better quality?

It is a constant blur. Bitrate is my 5500 I even had to put a ssay 10,000 / 15,000 / 100,000 but toujour the same blur. I also tested with other capture software such action mirrilis but it's the same thing.

Did you tweak anything in the graphics driver control panel? Nvidia has some options for sure... I remember that one of these options caused weird blurring in Blender. Perhaps you should reset the driver options.

It does not matter ... There really is a problem the. I do not think its just the software itself
