Question / Help OBS Blurry using Logitech C920

Hi im very new to streaming and i have a basic set up. Im running a Logitech C920 webcam but its fairly blurry even on the preview (Live) screen even when not recording/streaming. I know it should be alot better and im 90% certain ive messed up some where but no idea where.

if u go full screen thats what the OBS screen also looks like :(

Please any advice as im wanting to use this to paint miniatures live.

Go to your webcam properties in OBS and select 'CONFIGURE VIDEO' and that should give you the controls for focus etc...

Also set your resolution...
I'm not sure but this may help you out..

Also, if it's a new cam make sure the protective film is removed from the lens...

Yup it seems that for the medium distance its bluring all the time

film is removed ;)

Well, all I can suggest is to check the focus settings..Maybe you should turn off AUTO focus.. and focus it manually.

Oddly the resolution dropdown in mine and I'm using a 922 is disabled, I can't even change it. Don't seem to have this issue in Mac OS X but do in Windows

Hi,
does your webcam shows blurry on OBS preview and main window or just when recording/streaming?
I have a similar pc, and I have plugged 4 logitech webcams. Some of them tend to be blurry sometimes, but I fix it going to their propeties (double click the source cam), then CONFIGURE VIDEO, and setting it like this.Low light compensation and exposure settings is has to be OFF as well.
