Question / Help OBS Blur&Bad quality 50mb/s

Hello, I have a VERY annoying Problem. The Problem is that I CAN'T stop the scaling in OBS Studio although scaling is unchecked, so the footage get's scaled "down" to 1080p from 1080p which makes it blurry no matter how high the bitrate I choose I even tried 100mb/s and it makes no difference from 5mb/s. Especially Text is blurred and when I try to use my Elgato HD 60 with OBS Studio the recording quality is terrible, again no matter how high the bitrate. I tried OBS classic but the problem is still there. Weired is that when I record with Mirillis Action! the recording is sharp.

Specs: 3930k, 16Gb ram, GTX 980 ti and a 2 TB 7200 rpm Seagate drive only for recordings

It also makes no difference between NVENC or x264.

First restart OBS, then start your stream/recording for ~30 seconds and stop it again. When you're done select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Copy the URL and paste it here.

This way we will get a log file containing an actual recording session.

Sorry what do you mean by correct log file? This is the log file I got from Help/Logfiles/Upload recent logfile
