Question / Help OBS blocks Internet

I have a problem with OBS Studio and Windows 10.
While streaming I still have the twitch dashboard open in a window to watch the stream and Chatty.
After about 20 to 40 minutes chatty and the browser loses the connection to the internet. The upload of OBS continues without problems.
To use Chatty and the twitch dashboard, browser, I have to interrupt the stream in OBS. Then it works normally again for 20-40 minutes.
I had the problem already with Windows 7 and the 2018 july update. A removal of the updates helped me there.
Since the PC is new and Windows 10 has pulled only 2 updats I am now a bit baffled what I can do.

Thanks for your help

Hi there,

check to see if you have any firewalls installed on this new PC, it might be doing some throttling or something. OBS itself cannot (and isn't designed to) affect other running applications like your web browser. Does the same issue happen on other computers in your network?

I only have the normal Windows firewall.
OBS has all the notifications for entering and exiting the firewall
I had the same problem on the old PC with windows 7 before I uninstalled all July updates.

I found a solution. It is very strange.
I have disabled TCP / IPv6, Clint for Microsoft Networks, and file printer sharing.
And the Net Framworke 4.7 Advanced Services.
After that the problems were gone.
