Obs black screen win 10

Hi, I have a black screen in obs when I'm trying to capture a game or pulpit, it was working before and now I have a black screen. I've done everything I found on google and yt and nothing works. I have the newest version of obs and all my drivers are up to date. Please help, thanks.

Yeah I'm in the same boat too. I think it was the latest NVIDIA drive update that broke it. I can capture display but not any particular application.
