Question / Help OBS Black screen while game capture/window

Hi ya'll! Thanks for reading this. I've been streaming for some time now using windows capture, always have been. But two days ago, even my windows capture has black screen? I switched to game capture, but apparently even game capture is showing black screen. I dont know what went wrong ? :/

Do you use NVENC encoding or x264 encoding? Personally I get the black screen since 1week ago when I use NVENC encoding (GPU). It is really sad because I can't afford using the CPU for encoding since I play games in 4k resolution and the processor is mainly used for that.
