Question / Help OBS BLACK SCREEN - NOT CAPTURING GAMEPLAY (single graphics card)

Good afternoon, guys

I have been looking for hours trying to find a solution. I managed to use the game capture option last night, but now I'm unable to capture anything at all.
Steps I have taken:

1. I have uninstalled the latest version 25.01.08 and installed a previous, 24 version;
2. I have reinstalled the latest 25.01.08 version
3. I have also reviewed my graphics card and can confirm I have only one installed - I have tried different settings for this single graphics card (power saving and high performance), however I still have no luck.

I'm currently running Windows 10 and I'm trying to capture off PlayStation remote play.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
