Question / Help OBS Black screen. HELP

I've uninstalled 3 times! Help! Mic also will not work, it's very quiet

run obs as admin
if its laptop, read laptop sticky

pc user, option is located in properities of the shortcut

Thank you. Hmm that has not seemed to assist. Funny thing is mine worked once then I guess I've changed a setting or a driver update is causing an issue.

Maybe I should un-install reinstall.
