Question / Help OBS Black Screen Game Capture

First, yes i have read the laptop black screen troubleshooting guide. I have attempted setting my nvidia 3d graphics for OBS to integrated, default, and nvidia. Of all of these, if i set it to integrated i can get display capture to work (untested in a game), but nothing else.

That should be my log i think of setting it to nvidia, as that was what the log suggested.

Any help at all would be appreciated~

something went wrong try guide again
if nothing changes reinstall your drivers (APU/GPU and Monitor)

Ive done everything on the guide multiple times. And my laptop is brand new, the drivers shouldnt be an issue at all.
