Bug Report OBS Black Flashing Screen

I record minecraft videos and I have been getting a weird problem where the screen will flash black every 3-5 seconds

Don't use monitor capture for games, use game capture.

Something on your computer is causing the capture hook to disconnect.
Your log is missing the game capture information that would normally be at the bottom.
